What We Do At EmployAbility

Established in 2004, EmployAbility is a registered S21 non-profit organization dedicated to making a positive impact on vulnerable and impoverished communities through project-based support.

Over the past 19 years, we have evolved our role from providing supported employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities to collaborating with organizations in tackling malnutrition issues. We actively support feeding schemes, foster the establishment of community-based vegetable gardens, and provide crucial infrastructural assistance to child care centers that cater to children with disabilities.

Our multifaceted approach enables us to address various challenges faced by these communities and work towards sustainable solutions for their upliftment.

What Drives Us?

We are passionately driven by our commitment to upliftment, advocacy, and empowerment. Our primary focus is on uplifting individuals living with a disability and those from vulnerable communities, as we acknowledge the unique challenges they often face in accessing education, employment, and essential resources. We firmly believe in creating equal opportunities and enabling these individuals to overcome barriers, unlocking their full potential and fostering a more inclusive and equitable society.
