Who We Are At EmployAbility Vulindlela
EmployAbility’s mission is to make a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable and impoverished communities through carefully crafted support-based interventions. By identifying the specific needs of each community, we partner with like-minded organizations to project manage the implementation of solutions that support the objectives of our clients. Our partnerships with organizations such as Khulisani enable us to make a significant difference in the lives of those who need it most, while simultaneously advancing our shared strategic objectives. Together, we are committed to creating sustainable solutions that uplift and empower communities.
At EmployAbility, we are a registered S21 non-profit organization with a strong commitment to making a positive impact on vulnerable and impoverished communities. Our focus is on project-based support that aims to uplift and empower those in need. Since our establishment in 2004, we have expanded our role from providing supported employment to persons with disabilities to partnering with various organizations in alleviating malnutrition through supporting feeding schemes, establishing community-based vegetable gardens, and providing infrastructural support to childcare centers that support children with disabilities. Our goal is to create a more inclusive and equitable society through our various initiatives and partnerships.
