Transforming Lives at Thandi House: Empowering Education and Providing Comfort for Vulnerable Children
In 2022, Thandi House reached out to us for support in revitalizing their classroom and residence, where 15 precious children receive their education in a nurturing environment. As passionate advocates for education and the well-being of children, we were determined to make a difference.
With the help of generous donors, we embarked on a heartfelt makeover project. The classroom received a complete transformation, thanks to the provision of new chairs, desks, and a whiteboard, setting the stage for an inspiring learning journey. We also ensured that the children had access to educational resources that would enhance their growth and development.
Recognizing the diverse needs of the children at Thandi House, we went the extra mile to donate cots and high chairs for the toddlers, ensuring their comfort and safety during mealtimes and rest. Additionally, we provided a much-needed makeover for the girls’ bedroom, including new duvet covers and a fresh coat of paint on the walls, creating a cozy and vibrant space for them to call their own.
Tragically, we were deeply saddened by the loss of little Siya in December. During this difficult time, we were touched by the kindness of one of our donors who graciously covered all expenses related to his funeral and passing. Their support not only eased the financial burden but also provided solace and comfort to Siya’s loved ones.

We believe in creating a nurturing and supportive community for vulnerable children, empowering them to thrive despite the challenges they face.
